Coconut Oil Chocolates

Here is a fun snack idea. It is dairy free and it replaces refined white sugar with honey. Enjoy!

Coconut Oil Chocolates

Ingredients:

  • 1cup of coconut oil
  • 1cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/3cup of honey
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • Optional: nuts/seeds/coconut/dried fruit

Directions:

  • Melt coconut oil in a saucepan at low heat.
  • Add cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • Stir until well combined, and take off heat.
  • Put a few nuts/seeds into each silicone mold and pour chocolate mixture over so that they’re completely covered with the chocolate.
  • Chill in fridge for 2-5h depending on size of molds.
  • Store in airtight container in the fridge, or eat right away!
