Here is a fun snack idea. It is dairy free and it replaces refined white sugar with honey. Enjoy!
Coconut Oil Chocolates
Ingredients:
- 1cup of coconut oil
- 1cup of cocoa powder
- 1/3cup of honey
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- Optional: nuts/seeds/coconut/dried fruit
Directions:
- Melt coconut oil in a saucepan at low heat.
- Add cocoa powder, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir until well combined, and take off heat.
- Put a few nuts/seeds into each silicone mold and pour chocolate mixture over so that they’re completely covered with the chocolate.
- Chill in fridge for 2-5h depending on size of molds.
- Store in airtight container in the fridge, or eat right away!
