New Patients
For your first visit, bring:
- a list of your supplements and prescription medications
- any recent labs/imaging
- a completed intake form
The first visit will be between 1h-1.5h long. In this visit you will have the opportunity to discuss your various health concerns and health history. Dr. Hwang will evaluate your current health status through directed questioning and focused physical exams.
Follow-up visits range from 15mins-1h
